There used to be an old adage when we first started out in the industry over 25 years ago that “no publicity is BAD publicity”

It’s so easy for keyboards to take a pop online and if they see your in crisis they will all try to dive in and spread negative feedback, online is like word of mouth on steroids and we all know that if you give someone a bad service they are likely to spread your name to 100 people but if you give a good service you are lucky if they spread your name to 10 people – Such is life!

The very nature of social media and review sites are created on some so that negative reviews appear at the top and it can all go horribly wrong and very fast! Which can damage your reputation beyond repair.
