THE FULL STORY

Oh YESS! 2026 is a milestone year as we celebrate our 15th birthday. WOW — 15 years in business and 35 years of experience.

The initial concept was to launch as a social media agency — back in the day I loved it. Fast forward 15 years and I'm so done with social media and doom scrolling!

Firstly because Facebook and META banned me for no reason, with false allegations that my SaaS app was an American insurance fraud. It's not. I appealed, but no-one listened — I'm blaming Meta's over-reliance on AI bots. And it takes me back to my thoughts on AI, which are to use AI to enhance, not replace humans.

But anyhoo — it did me a huge favour. As we all sadly now know, there are negative effects of social media and too much screen time, and how they lure you in with addictive algorithms despite their denials. But at the time, way back in the day, I absolutely loved IT!

I was sitting at a friend's kitchen table after being made redundant after 11 years at the Daily Mail — but the business officially launched on 15th October 2011.

Back in August 2023 Corrie-Dee Whaite felt overwhelmed when approached by two new clients both using AI (but using it badly). And I’m not new to AI I’ve been using AI tools since 2017 including  training chatbots.  But Corrie-Dee was using it for very different reasons from what they were.

Due to these rapid advancements in technolgy in 2024 it is argued that technology has advanced more in the past 12 months, (2023/2024) than in the past decade.  So if you’re feeling overwhelmed it’s not surprising with over 11,500 AI Apps and Tools on the market and growing daily.

So Corrie-Dee decided to invest her pension pot in herself and embarked on many AI training courses (paid for) to help Corrie D Marketing to advise and serve clients better. Plus to help my own business too. Working with one company in America who works with brands ie Virgin and Richard Branson who had 200 researchers researching THE BEST tools on the market.

Corrie-Dee never recommends anything without trying and testing it first herself. But after realising due to trying and testing numerous AI tools and apps and researching statistics from Amercian companies who were early adopters who claim AI can save up to 40% in boosted productivity and up to 2 days per week in enhanced efficiencies. ANY business can implement AI and Digital tools to automate mundane routine tasks, and free up employees time to concentrate on more high value tasks. Utilising AI tools within many departments, AI works best with the right training and by using AI t enhance humans, not replace.

And that’s where those clients were getting this wrong they were using AI with little to no training, received free from the local government which barely scratched the surface, plus they were making the fatal mistake of using AI to replace humans. But what you don’t know. You don’t know!

Those clients were using AI for very different reasons that I use AI (I’ve been using AI since 2017 but I use it to train chatbots for virtual chat agents on clients websites and I’ve been using Canva since 2017 too – since way before it was cool!

Corrie-Dee takes a consultative approach with clients, and found this difficult to explain how or why this had gone so wrong. She was baffled! They had the worlds most super computer at their hands yet they were getting this so wrong. I had no idea, I had to embark on furthering my training. I learned about LLM’s (Large Language Models) inc Chat GPT, (multi modal), I invested to receive the BEST training from an American AI coach and trainers who had 200 researchers researching THE BEST AI Apps and Tools. I’ve paid for lifetime access and train almost every day on AI and have done for over 23 months.

Needless to say I’ve identified where those clients were going wrong. They were relying on AI to replace a digital marketer but AI should not be used to relace humans but used to enhance.

I found learning about all these AI tools and there are many when I embarked on training there were 11,500 (Oct 2023) fast foward to 2025 there are 36,000 and growing daily.

I also found it complicated and confusing. I found the vast array and myriad of AI and Digital tools very difficult and confusing! Some/most of the AI training was brutally boring, but, due to a health scare and emergency operation, Corrie-Dee the author unfortunately had to reluctantly take time off work.  In February 2024 I found to my surprise that I had a pension pot from working at the Daily Mail for almost 13 years of almost £30k.  So I decided I’d invest in ME and pay for training and enrolled on the MBA program with world leading coaches and strategists – Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi. Because I knew with my knowledge, skills and talents (I’ve been a trainer for decades) I trained sales reps when I worked at local press
