Each maintenance plan includes up to 1 hour of work per month, covering maintenance, security, technical and platform updates, content changes, backups and monitoring. It does not include new development work. Additional hours are billed at our standard rate. Any additional work if not requoted under our SLA is on our PAYG rate of £150+vat p/hour. Payment terms are in advance prior to work commencing — when it will be added to our job queue at the time of receiving payment.
All work, however large or small, is added to our jobs queue. Our current lead time for new work is two weeks.
For websites above 20 pages, maintenance pricing increases to min £200+vat according to the size and complexity of the website if it has chat bots or customer journeys they each cost £50+vat per month so cost example on a 10 page site = £200+vat p/m on annual contract paid monthly.
E-commerce maintenance replaces the standard website maintenance plan rather than sitting on top of it. It starts at £350 + VAT per month and is quoted on the number of products, payment and checkout integrations, stock handling and order volume. Chatbot and customer journey management remain £50 + VAT each per month.

Larger sites aren't just more pages — they're more service pages, product pages and location pages, which means more ways to be found.
Can you guarantee I'll be cited by ChatGPT or Google AI Overviews?+
No, and be wary of anyone who does. AI answer engines change constantly and no agency controls what they cite. What we can do is build your site so it's structured, credible and readable to them — which is the part that's actually in anyone's control.
Do I need the chatbot and customer journey?+
Not necessarily. They're £495 + VAT each on the five, ten and twenty-page builds, and included as standard from Gold upwards. They're worth having if you're losing enquiries out of hours or spending time qualifying people who were never going to buy.
What happens after my site goes live?+
Monthly maintenance covers hosting on GDPR-compliant EU servers, security and technical scans, AI and SEO scans, and content updates to an agreed monthly time allowance. A fast website on a slow server is a slow website.
