We do not offer any portions less than one hour — minimum booking is one hour. Any new work will be added to our 'Jobs queue' with a current lead time of approx two weeks for new work to be turned around. Payment terms: in advance prior to work commencing.

CDM Smart AI Website™ maintenance is priced by site size: up to 10 pages at £100 + VAT per month, up to 15 pages at £150 + VAT per month, up to 20 pages at £200 + VAT per month, 20+ up to 40 pages at £295 + VAT per month, and 40+ page enterprise sites priced on application. If the site includes chatbots or customer journeys, each is billed at £50 + VAT per month. For example, a 15-page Smart AI site with a chatbot and customer journey would be £250 + VAT per month on an annual contract paid monthly.

What does the monthly maintenance fee actually cover?
GDPR compliant hosting, backups, monitoring, security and platform updates, priority updates, and up to one hour of content or technical changes each month for your CDM Smart AI Website™.
How do I know which package I need?
It is based on the number of pages on your site: up to 10 pages £100 + VAT per month, up to 15 pages £150 + VAT, up to 20 pages £200 + VAT, 20+ up to 40 pages £295 + VAT, and 40+ pages Enterprise priced on application. If you are unsure, request a quote and we will confirm your page count.
Do you maintain Ecommerce stores?
Yes, but Ecommerce stores are not covered by the prices listed — they are £POA. Online shops involve products, payments, stock and additional security, so we quote each store individually.
What happens if I need more than one hour of work in a month?
Additional development work is quoted separately as a packaged service, or charged on our PAYG rate of £150 + VAT per hour with a one hour minimum. New work joins our jobs queue with a current lead time of approximately two weeks, and is payable in advance.
Are chatbots and customer journeys included?
No. Chatbot management and customer journey management are each £50 + VAT per month and can be added to any maintenance package.
Is there a contract, and can I cancel?
Maintenance is an annual contract paid monthly, with no setup fees. You can cancel with 30 days' notice.
Do you maintain websites you did not build?
We maintain CDM Smart AI Websites™ and WordPress sites. For a site built elsewhere we carry out a short technical review first, then confirm the right package.
How quickly do you respond to requests?
Maintenance clients receive priority service, with UK-based support during business hours. Urgent security or downtime issues are handled first.
